- 1. Heat oven to 350. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan. 2. In lg. bowl, stir all Cookie Base inredients until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan usin floured fingers. Bake 15-18 min until golden brown. Cool completely about 1 hour. 3. In small bowl, beat all Filling ingredients w/ mixter on medium speed until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over cookie base. 4. In microwave bowl, microwave all Frostin ingredients on High for 30 seconds; stir until smooth. Cool 10 minutes; spread over filling. Refrigerate 30 min. or until set.
