LAURIE'S GUACAMOLE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 ripe Hass avocados, pitted and peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
3 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch dice
1/4 cup diced (1/4 inch) red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves or flat-leaf parsley

Steps:

  • Coarsely mash the avocados in a bowl with the lime juice. Stir in all the remaining ingredients.Makes 3 cups. Per 2 tablespoons: 50 calories, 3g carbohydrate, 1g protein, 4g fat, no cholesterol.
