Steps:
- Preheat oven to 550 degrees Mix one cup of warm water with 1 teaspoon yeast in bowl. Let it dissolve and add salt and olive oil. Add the flour and knead. Cover the bowl with saran wrap until it doubles. Take sliced onions and put in a bowl of ice water. Divide it into 4 pieces and roll into 4 balls. Wrap the 4 balls in plastic for 15 minutes. Flat out the balls into 4 pizza shaped pieces of dough and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Remove the onion from the ice water and pat dry. Top the dough with mozzerella cheese, sliced onions, bacon pieces, and black olives. Cook for 10 minutes at 550.
