KOULOURAKIA (YIAYIA STOPOULOS)? image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb butter
1 2/3 cup sugar
4 med eggs, slighly beaten
2 t vanilla
7 1/2 cups flour or less
2 tsp baking soda
2 t baking powder

Steps:

  • Cream butter. Grandually add sugar. Add eggs and beqat well blended. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add to flour mixture and knead only till leaves sides of pan and isn't sticky. If cookie cracks on top dough is too stiff, add a little liquid. Bake 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
