Steps:
- Combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, garlic. Marinate pork in zip lock bag overnight. Reserve the marinade. Boil it then simmer for 5 minutes and use as a sauce for the meat. Grill on direct heat approx 6 min per side. Do not overcook. OR brown on all sides about 6 minutes then bake at 425 for 15 min. (160 degrees) Serve with marinade.
