- In a medium bowl, toss the pork cubes with the sugar. Combine all other ingredients in a measuring cup and pour over the pork, tossing with your hands to make sure marinade is well-distributed. Marinate for at least an hour; lomger is possible but not necessary. Thread the pork onto bamboo skewers and grill over high heat about 10 minutes, turning once.
