A super fast and easy Korean fried chicken wing recipe. It uses a double fry method, but it's still super quick to prepare and oh, so good!

Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven, over medium-high heat to 300 degrees F. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Working in batches, add the chicken wings to the hot oil, 5 or 6 at a time, and fry them until they get to be light brown in color, approx. 2-3 minutes. Transfer the browned wings to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Increase the oil temperature to 350 degrees F. Add the chicken wings to the hot oil again and cook them until they get golden brown and crispy, approx. 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked chicken wings to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Last, heat the low-sodium soy sauce and sugar together in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring this mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened, approx. 2-3 minutes. Serve the wings while hot, tossed with soy sauce glaze.
