Steps:
- 1. Thaw spinach in microwave, and squeeze dry.
- 2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and soup mix until well blended.
- 3. Add chopped spinach, water chestnuts and scallions, mixing until well blended. Cover bowl, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
