1 1/2 ounces silver rum
1 1/2 ounces coconut water
1 bar spoon whey protein powder
1/2 lime

Steps:

  • Combine the rum, coconut water, protein powder and one squeeze of lime in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
