KIM'S TUNA TARTARE image

Number Of Ingredients 13

3 3/4 lbs fresh tuna steak
1 1/4 cp olive oil
5 limes, grated
1 cp fresh lime juice
2 1/2 tsp wasabi powder
2 1/2 tbl soy
2 tbl hot red pepper sauce
2 1/2 tbl salt
1 1/2 tbl pepper
1 1/4 cp minced scallion white and green parts (12)
3 1/4 tbl minced jalapeno pepper seeds removed
5 ripe hass avacados
1 1/2 tbl toasted sesame seeds

Steps:

  • cut tuna into 1/4 dice and place in large bowl in separate bowl, combine oil, zest, lime juice, wasabi, soy, red pepper sauce, salt and pepper. pour over tuna, add scallions and japaleno, mix well cut avacado into tuna mixture add toasted seeds. put mixture in frig for 1 hour serve on crackers
