KIELBASA IN BEER image

1 lb Kielbasa
1 can sauerkraut
1 12-oz can of beer
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
Hot dog buns
Mustard, Ketchup

Steps:

  • Grill kielbasa over medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side. Combine sauerkraut, beer, peppers and onion in a foil pan, add the kielbasa. Put on the grill and close the lid. Grill, mixing occasionally, for 30 minutes. Remove from grill, cut kielbasa into bun length sizes. Put kielbasa on bun, top with sauerkraut mixture, mustard or ketchup.
