Number Of Ingredients 16

1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 jar (14oz) spaghetti sauce
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1 can (6oz) tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 box of macaroni shells, cooked and drained
1 pkg. (10oz) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped, and drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • n a saucepan cook beef, onion and garlic; drain. Add next 7 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in macaroni, spinach, eggs, cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Transfer to a 13×9x2 pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350′ for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.
