Super easy, sugar free, summer cool recipe. My niece, Kim Owens, always brings this dish to family gatherings, and has to distribute the recipe every time.

Steps:
- 1. In bowl mix Jello, with 1/2 cup boiling water (add two ice cubes.
- 2. In bowl mix 8 oz. Cool Whip and 1 cup lemon yogurt with sweetener (if desired.)
- 3. Mix with Jello and pour into pie shell.
- 4. Refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour).
