This chia seed pudding with vanilla protein powder and almond milk is a great keto-friendly snack. Serve with fresh berries for extra sweetness.

½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup warm water
¼ cup chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla-flavored plant-based protein powder (such as Orgain®)
1 teaspoon maca powder

Steps:

  • Combine almond milk, water, chia seeds, protein powder, and maca powder in a bowl; mix well. Pour into two 8-ounce jars. Seal and refrigerate until set, 8 hours to overnight.
