Kelly's Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie image

1 units cream cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
0.25 cups sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 units eggs
1 units pie crust
1 units pumpkin
15 ounces pumpkin puree
0.333333333333 cups evaporated milk
0.5 cups granulated sugar
2 units eggs
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
0.25 teaspoons ground ginger
1 dashes nutmeg
1 dashes salt

Steps:

  • Combine softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla, blending with electric mixer. Blend in egg. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl; mix to blend well. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake at 325º for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set. Chill. Serve with whipped topping or whipped cream.
