Kamut Salad with Roasted Cauliflower image

3/4 cup Kamut berries
4 cups Cauliflower Florets
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Tahini
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh
2 tablespoons Water warm
3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 clove Garlic Clove
2 1/2 cups Baby Argula
1 Avocado

Steps:

  • Cook Kamut according to package directions. Drain, if necessary. Rinse with cold water;drain
  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil; mist with cooking spray.
