Josephine's Ricotta-Pumpkin Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can pumpkin pie filling
15 ounces ricotta cheese
13 ounces evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 Prepared Pie crusts

Steps:

  • mix first 4 ingredients until well blended
  • Pour into pie crusts
  • Bake at 375 for 1 hr or until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Serve Chilled with whipped cream
