JOSEPHINE'S FRIED CHICKEN image

Number Of Ingredients 5

Chicken, cut into serving size pieces
3/4 c flour
1/4 c grated parm cheese
2 eggs beaten w 2 T water
Salt/pepper

Steps:

  • Salt and pepper the chicken pieces, set aside in fridge. Heat frying pan 1/2 full of veg or canola oil. Dredge chicken in flour, set aside. Dip chicken in egg mixture, place gently in HOT oil. be sure pieces don't touch. Brown, turn, brown. Place in warm oven.
