Number Of Ingredients 5

1 bag small french rolls
1 small can diced green chiles
1 cube butter, frozen and then grated
1/2 C mayonnaise
8 oz jack cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Mix together: grated butter, cheese, mayonnaise and chiles. Slice the rolls into 1/2 inch rounds. Spread mixture on rounds and place on baking sheet. Bake until slightly brown on top, 10 minutes or so. Or, place under broiler for a few minutes until lightly browned. Serve at once.
