Jodie's British Mincemeat Pie (my picture) image

This is a Holiday favorite at our church that I make for the holiday pie sales, and it is loved....they tell me it is too pretty to eat but when they cut into it it is totally enjoyed....I get a lot of praises over this one....So do we, I am constantly tasting and mixing before I pour it into the shell. I get quite a few orders.
