JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage, uncooked
1-12/ c. biscuit mix
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (4 c. shredded)
½ c. finely chopped onion
½ c. finely chopped celery
½ tsp. garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Shred cheese and mix all ingredients. Form into 1" balls. Bake 15 min. on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Make 6 dozen. Can be frozen. (To make firmer, add more biscuit mix.)
