I was hungry after skipping supper and wanted something really quick and easy. Instead of having plain cheese and crackers, I got the idea to make pizza snacks. I am a thin crust pizza lover so the crackers worked great! I didn't miss the sauce at all. My granddaughter really enjoyed these!

Steps:
- 1. Place crackers on plate in a round design
- 2. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3. Place a pepperoni slice on top of each cracker
- 4. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 minute 20 seconds. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
