Number Of Ingredients 5

1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cognac or Controy
pinch of cinnamon
1 ½ cups half and half, scalding hot

Steps:

  • Combine the first 4 ingredients in a blender. Add half and half and blend thoroughly. Pour into a large bowl or several small ones. Cover and chill until set. You can top it with whipped cream if desired.
