Steps:
- Dry roast 1 T cumin seeds, set aside Hear oil in skillet. Fry remaining CUMIN SEEDS, BLACK PEPPERCORNS, and CARDAMOM for 2-3 min. Add CHILLIES, GARLIC, and, GINGER and fry for 2 min Add GROUND CORRIANDER, GROUND CUMIN and SALT. Stir well, cook 2 min. Add CHICKEN and cook 20-25 min. Add GARAM MASALA and reserved toasted CUMIN SEEDS and cook another 5 min. Garnish w fresh cilantro and chili powder.
