Jeanne's Sweet Potato Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 can sweet potatoes, drained
1 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then turn oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes.
