JEAN RICE'S EGG CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard*
1 lb pork saugsage (cooked, drained, and cooled)

Steps:

  • Beat eggs, milk, mustard*, and salt. Add bread cubes. Stir in cheese and sausage. Pour into greased 9" x 13" baking dish and REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. Bake at 350° 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
