Number Of Ingredients 19

Rice
Crisp Chinese Noodles - 1 very large can
Creamed Chicken (see below)
Grated Cheddar Cheese - 1 lb.
Chopped Tomatoes - 4 cups
Chopped Celery - 2 cups
Chopped Green Onions - ¾ cup
Crushed Unsweetened ("In It's Own Juice") Pineapple (drained) - 2 large cans
Slice Almonds - 1 large bag
Coconut (shredded) - 1 large bag
Creamed Chicken:
2 cups margarine or butter
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. salt
¾ tsp. pepper
5 1/3 cups chicken stock/broth **
2 2/3 cups milk
2 2/3 cups cream (half & half)
8 cups chicken (2 chickens boiled & de-boned), shredded or cubed

Steps:

  • Prepare and serve (in separate dishes)all ingredients. Each individual will create their own plate by layering the ingredients.
