- 1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to an airtight container. Yields 6 1/2 tbsp.
- 2. To make a rub; use 2 tbsp. of canola oil or other flavorless oil with 2 1/2 tbsp. of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and whisk until well mixed. Apply generously on protein of your choice.
