This dish is from one of Kansas City's well known BBQ restaurants and is delicious. I recently had it at a cookout and had to get the recipe!

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together and put in 3 qt. slow cooker. Cover and coook on low for four hours or until heated through and the cheese is all melted. Stir well before serving.
- 2. There is less of a mess if you use a slow cooker liner. ENJOY!!!
