Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Beat eggs, half-and-half, sour cream, 2 Tbsp. basil and pepper until blended.
- Spread potatoes evenly onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 20 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with tomatoes and Parmesan. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie plate.
- Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining basil.
