This is the recipe I keep on hand and use in many dishes...Italian or not. Most recipes I found call for Marjoram. I always forget to pick it up so my recipe does not use it. I also don't add salt but feel free to use them in yours. And as always adjust to fit your taste.

Steps:
- 1. Place all ingredients in an oversized air tight container. Shake vigorously to mix. (I use old clean jelly or pickle jars.) Store as you would other herbs and spices.
