This is an Italian pasta recipe that I found on the back of a package of Penne pasta. Although the original recipe didn't call for it, I also added a quarter cup of dried minced onion. You could probably also tweek it up a bit by adding a can of diced tomatoes.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions.
- 3. Brown meat in a large skillet with the Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then drain.
- 4. Combine pasta, meat and spaghetti sauce, mixing in 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese; spoon mixture into a 13 X 9-inch baking dish; top with Mozzarella and remaining 1/3 cup of Parmesan.
- 5. Bake 20 minutes, or until heated through.
