Italian Noodle Kugel image

This recipe replaces cottage cheese with ricotta cheese and adds mozzarella cheese to give an italian flair.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg (8 ounces) fine noodles, cooked
1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 c ricotta cheese
1/2 c sour cream
3/4 c mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, well besten
4 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 c sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Pour melted butter over cooked noodles. Add ricotta cheese. Add beaten eggs and add sour cream, sugar and mozzarella cheese. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 2 quart greased casserole dish.
