Steps:
- Poke a couple of small holes in sausages and fry in medium pan on medium heat until done. Remove from pan and cut lengthwise then into 1/2" slices. Cook onions, garlic and bacon in same pan used for sausages. Remove bacon and crumble. In large pot add chicken base, drippings from pan meat was cooked in, water and potatoes and simmer until potatoes are done. Add bacon, sausage, kale and cream and simmer for about 4 minutes.
