Bring the taste of Italy to a family favorite when you whip up a batch of Italian Hummus. Our Italian Hummus recipe takes classic hummus and gives it an Italian twist using white beans, sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan. It's the perfect appetizer for entertaining.

1 can (15.5 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed
1/3 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbsp. shaved Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Process all ingredients except shaved Parmesan in food processor until smooth.
  • Spoon into serving bowl.
  • Top with shaved Parmesan.
