1 lb. penne pasta (cooked)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
one 16 oz jar giardiniera (drained & chopped)
1 cup diced provolone
1 cup salami
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup basil
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • cook pasta drain & chop giardiniera chop cheese chop salami toss all ingredients
