Steps:
- Heat oil in large pot, add onion, fennel, chili and cook stirring over medium heat approx. 5 minutes. Add sausage and chicken, cook stirring occasionally until cooked. Tilt pot and spoon off all but 2 tbsp fat. Stir the stock, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar, oregano and cumin. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 30 minutes. Stir in corn, fresh tomatoes and basil. Cook 5 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
