Steps:
- Mix the first 3 ingredients in a small shallow bowl. Heat up some oil in a skillet (use the medium setting rather than hot so you don't burn the breading).
- Take the raw (defrosted) chicken, dunk it in the milk and then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until it's evenly coated.
- Place in the hot skillet. Cook about 7 minutes on both sides or until it's cooked all the way through.
