- DIRECTIONS: Salt & pepper both sides of the steak. Cook the streak in a iron skillet with butter until done to taste, do not overcook. Add the whiskey & set on fire. When the flame is gone place steak on a warm dish. Add cream to the pan, scrape off the drippings & cook until reduced slightly. Pour sauce over steak & serve. SERVINGS: 1 TIME: Who cares
