Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Heat sauté pan and pour oil and a pat of butter. Add garlic, red pepper, scallions mushrooms and cruched chili. Sweat until dry.
- Pour mixture into bowl. Add bread crumbs, herbs, and beaten egg. Mix well.
- Season veal or chicken with salt and pepper. Cover each with prosciutto and mozzarella. Divide stuffing onto the 12 pieces of meat and roll thightly. Close ends with toothpicks if required.
- Transfer rolls to backing dish (9 x 9) and cover. Bake veal for 10-12 (chicken 15-18)
