We grew up with Rhubarb Sauce on bread! Now we put it on cakes with whip cream for dessert or over cottage cheese for a great lunch treat. We never get tired of it.

Steps:
- 1. Put rhubarb in steamer basket with 1 cup water. Cook on LOW for 4 minutes followed by natural release for 6 more minutes.
- 2. Scoop out rhubarb and add sugar and lemon. Mix well and ready to eat!
