Instant Pot Pork Ramen (Shoyu) image

3 pounds Pork Bone
5 quarts Water
1 head Garlic
1 Ginger
1 bunch Green onion
12 tablespoon Soy Sauce
9 Shiitake Mushroom
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Onion
1 Pork Shoulder
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Mirin
1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 tablespoon White Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Chinese Spice
1/2 tablespoon Ginger Powder
1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Chinese Wine
1 Ramen Noodles
3 Soft boiled eggs
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Mirin
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • Boil pork bones 10-15 minutes to remove impurity
  • Add first 11 ingredients into Instant Pot and cook for 2 hours
  • While cooking, prepare pork by making a marinade using the next 11 ingredients. Rub marinade into pork. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Bake pork at 425 for 60 minutes
  • Allow Pork to cool and carefully slice
  • When broth is completed remove and strain.
  • Boil eggs for 6 minutes, when complete put in ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel and add to Soy, Mirin, Water mixture until ready to use.
  • Cook ramen
  • Plate and serve
