Steps:
- Pour 1 cup water into a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Place eggs on a trivet in the bottom of the pot. Close and lock the lid. Select low pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 8 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
- Carefully remove eggs and place in an ice bath to cool, about 5 minutes.
- Peel eggs under a stream of cold water and place on a drip rack or lightly pat with a paper towel to dry.
- Cut eggs in half and garnish with bagel seasoning.
