3/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon minced onion
paprika

Steps:

  • Mix together ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
