Inside out stuffed bell peppers image

You can substitute the sausage with any meat!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg italian sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces (19-oz)
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 can(s) tomato sauce (15-oz)
1/2 c frozen corn
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
3 c cooked rice

Steps:

  • 1. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage and peppers until sausage is browned.
  • 2. Add tomato sauce, corn and Worcestershire sauce.
  • 3. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low.
  • 4. Simmer 15 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked.
  • 5. Serve over hot rice.
