Steps:
- Cut chicken into 1 1/4 inch cubes. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.
- In a food processor, add onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and spices until finely mixed. Add yogurt and salt and just combine.
- In a plastic bag, coat chicken thoroughly with marinade and allow to marinate for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on skewers. Grill chicken turning once until chicken is cooked through.
