IMPOSSIBLY EASY ITALIAN CHICKEN PIE (2) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1 1/4 cups (5 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Spray 9-inch with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder and tomato paste. Spoon over parmesan cheese. Whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake 5-8 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 min before serving.
