Impossible Cherry Pie image

I love these, oh so easy, Bisquick recipes- don't you -If you have never tried an impossible pie -give this one a try you will love it- and your family will be amazed!!

Number Of Ingredients 13

PIE:
1 c milk
2 Tbsp margarine or butter,softened
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 large eggs
1/2 c bisquick mix
1/4 c granulated sugar
21 oz can cherry pie filling
STREUSEL:
2 Tbsp firm margarine or butter
1/2 c bisquick mix
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • 1. Pie: Heat oven to 400^. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients, except the pie filling and Streusel until smooth, about 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Spoon pie filling evenly over top. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with streusel. Bake until streusel is brown, about 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack. --- Streusel: Cut butter into the Bisquick,sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
