Imitation Lobster Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lb haddock
1/4 tsp salt
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp minced onion
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup crushed Ritz Crackers

Steps:

  • Place fish in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt. Mix soup and lemon juice. Pour over fish.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.
  • While baking, saute onion and garlic powder in butter. Remove from heat and add Worcestershire sauce. Then blend with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish and bake for 10 minutes more.
