Hurricane Mimosas image

1/2 cup light rum
1/2 cup dark rum
1/2 cup passionfruit juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grenadine
One 750-milliliter bottle dry sparkling wine, chilled
Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Mix together the light and dark rums, passionfruit juice, orange juice and grenadine in a pitcher. Fill champagne flutes about a third of the way with the juice mixture. Top off with the sparkling wine and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
